Richard commenced in public practice in Kingston in 1997. He has a passion for small business and advises in the fields of taxation compliance and minimisation, business structures, buying and selling a business etc. “I am good with numbers but my motivation is the people who are behind these numbers - my clients, employees and associates.”
 
 
 
 

Rosie Johnson – SMSF and Financial Advisor

B.Com (Accounting), Dip.FP,Chartered Accountant

Rosie joined the firm in 2011 after moving from Albury Wodonga where she spent the last 10 years in a large accounting practice specialising in compliance and audit of Self Managed Super Funds. Her role here was initially concerned with SMSFs and she is now also a qualified financial advisor.
 
 
 
 
 

Jeff Gillies - Senior Accountant

Jeff joined Hale Financial in 2017.  He has been a Chartered Accountant for over 25 years
and has a broad range of accounting and business experience.  Jeff is passionate about
using his experience and skills to help clients and small business owners achieve their

Jenny Leitch – Senior Accountant and Xero Consultant

Jenny joined the firm in 2016 after leaving a Finance Officer role with a not-for-profit association. She has
extensive experience having worked in accounting, financial planning, taxation and bookkeeping, meeting
the needs of a diverse mix of individuals and businesses.  Jenny is also an accredited Xero consultant.
 
 
 
 
 

Leanne Gill – Office Administrator and Bookkeeper

Leanne was known to us for more than a decade as a part-owner of a successful business that was a long-term client of the firm until it was sold. Consequently she has a practical understanding and knowledge of business issues. Leanne is experienced with the use of MYOB and provides bookkeeping services to our clients.
